Hi, I’m Eddye! I’m a creative leader with a decade and a half experience shipping things and building teams.

Currently, as Head of Design Operations and Creative Production at Duolingo, I’m helping build and shape the growing Design Dept. My team is made up of Design Program Managers and Creative Producers.

Previously, as an Executive Producer at Wieden + Kennedy, I ran production for brands like KFC, Travel Oregon, Travel Portland, and AB InBev; managing a squadron of integrated producers across the work.

I thrive in creative environments, and enjoy managing work from conception to completion. Throughout my career I’ve gravitated towards innovation—things without a standard set of instructions—and I’ve been fortunate enough to have a hand in making everything from films to animation, experiential, mobile products, and more (including a space launch).

Some other brands I’ve worked on include: Old Spice, Samsung, Facebook, Nike, Powerade, Coca-Cola, Chiquita, Glenfiddich, Dodge Chrysler, Sony, and Fender.
